Lockdown Photography
Taking influence from Italian art, from frescos to post-impressionism, and a life-long love of the surrealists, I have been making images to help process what’s happening during this lockdown. Against the strange distancing of the crisis, I have been trying to add some lightness to the situation by creating images with the aim to develop a sense of freedom and connection in a confined space.
